This is not an exhaustive list. As you look into food sensitivities, you'll find they can cause many different problems. Here are some of the most common problems ascribed to food sensitivities:

In your Food and Symptom Diary, record your symptoms. Also, make a list of your symptoms and describe them. Be specific. Is your pain an ache, sharp pain, burning feeling. Is it intermittent or constant? Rate the symptoms on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the most painful. Is there a certain time of say or year when your symptoms seem to flare up?
