Very Simple Easy and No Cook Meals and Snacks
Having something on hand or being able to quickly pick some easy meals or snacks up on the go will help you stick to your elimination diet. These are very simple snacks with few ingredients. Avoid items with ingredients you can't pronounce or that are not specific like "Natural Flavors" or "Spices." 

Avoids Common Sensitivities
Diary, Eggs, Tree Nuts, Wheat, Gluten, Corn, Citrus, Citric Acid, Legumes, Yeast
*Organic Gluten Free Instant Oatmeal (Make sure your oats there is no cross-contamination from what by purchasing gluten free)
*Fruits: Apples, bananas, grapes, cherries, strawberries (some people have trouble with strawberries)
*Organic Sunflower butter and Celery, Apples, or Bananas
*Organic Raisins
*Organic Pickles or olives
*Organic Gluten Free Rice Cakes (with or without organic sunflower butter)
*Avocado
*Plain (no spices) Organic Gluten Free Rice Crackers
*Organic Dried Fruits
*Dry Organic Gluten Free Oat Cereal or with Organic rice Milk
*Dairy Free Organic Dark Chocolate (some feel chocolate contributes to migraines)
*Organic Veggies (cooked or raw) and a Simple Organic Dressing of Oil and Vinegar (no pepper etc)
*Organic Rice Chips (unseasoned)

If you can eat....

Dairy
*Organic yogurt
*Organic Cheese
*Organic Cottage Cheese (with or without fruit)

Legumes
*Organic Gluten Free Hummus and Carrot Chips or Red Peppers (red peppers are a nightshade)

Tree Nuts
Almond Butter and Celery or Apples
Nuts (one of the best snacks to get rid of hunger or cravings if you are not sensitive to tree nuts and do not have diverticulosis) 
Organic, Gluten free, Fruit and Nut Bars

Corn
*Organic, Gluten Free, Dairy Free Popcorn
*Corn on the Cob (Leftover cold)
