Homemade Almond and Sunflower Butter

Great simple recipe from CookieandKate.com. Homemade almond butter does not taste like store bought. I like it better. I made this recipe adding a little honey. Came out great. Leave out the cinnamon and vanilla for phase 1. Just Almonds, Salt, and Honey. Add it to your gluten free organic oats or brown rice farina when just starting out. Also great on gluten free toast, celery, and apples when you reintroduce them. I imagine this method would work for other nuts as well.

Sunflower Seeds, Coconut Sugar, Coconut oil, and Salt. (Leave out the spice for phase 1)
